End-User License Agreement (EULA) of CM Helpline Citizen App

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal contract between you and Madhya Pradesh Government.

This EULA governs the installation and usage of our CM Helpline Citizen App software ("Software") directly from Madhya Pradesh Government or through a Madhya Pradesh Government authorized reseller or distributor (a "Reseller").

Please read this EULA carefully before completing the installation process and using the CM Helpline Citizen App software. It grants a license to use the software and contains important warranty and liability information.

By clicking "accept" or installing and/or using the CM Helpline Citizen App software, you confirm your acceptance of the Software and agree to abide by the terms of this EULA.

If you are acting on behalf of a company or another legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity and its affiliates to these terms. If you lack such authority or disagree with the terms, refrain from installing or using the Software and do not accept this EULA.

License Grant

Madhya Pradesh Government grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the CM Helpline Citizen App software on devices under your control, such as PCs, laptops, mobile devices, or tablets. Ensure that your device meets the minimum requirements for the software.

You are not permitted to:

  • Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate, or otherwise change the Software or any part of it.
  • Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell, or use the Software for commercial purposes.
  • Allow any third party to use the Software on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party.
  • Use the Software in any way that breaches applicable local, national, or international laws.

Madhya Pradesh Government retains ownership of the Software and all intellectual property rights associated with it, including any modifications. The Software's copyright and intellectual property rights belong to Madhya Pradesh Government.

Madhya Pradesh Government reserves the right to license the Software to third parties.

Termination

This EULA is effective from your initial use of the Software and remains in force until terminated. You may terminate it at any time with written notice to Madhya Pradesh Government. The EULA will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, your licenses to use the Software cease, and you must cease using the Software.

Governing Law

This EULA, including any disputes arising from it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Government of Madhya Pradesh.

Changes to This EULA

We reserve the right to update this EULA periodically. You should review it regularly for any changes. Any revisions will be effective immediately upon posting.
